Please allow a minimum of 24 hours to guarantee your order.

We always try to accommodate last minute events but selections may be limited!
Any final changes can be made 24 hours prior to the event and will not be subject to any fees.

Any cancellations within less than the 24 hours notice may result in a 30% cancellation fee.

Set up & Payment
 
$200 & under = $20 per event
Above $200 = $35 per event
Larger events will be evaluated and billed on a per event basis. All catering events can turn their trays into a buffet line including chafing trays and Sterno at a set-up fee. This fee includes delivery, set up, & break down. This set-up fee can be waived if the customer is picking up all catered goods. The minimum order for delivery outside the Rutgers Student Center, Busch Campus Center, Livingston Student Center, Cook Campus Student Center, and Douglas Student Center is $150.
 
We accept cash, cards, or company checks! Rutgers University student organizations must provide their account number when booking! Szechwan Ichiban requires the Student Activities Business Office voucher with the two appropriate signatures for payment prior to the event. We can only accept company checks if room reservations were made with Rutgers College Campus Centers Reservations Office for the catered event. Non-university affiliated clients are required to deposit a 50% down payment at the time of booking. The balance is due on the day of the event.
